My Journey

Five years of immersion across Southeast Asia. From 140kg to a life built around this sport.

Two years in Laos, living inside the gym alongside fighters — sleeping there, eating there, training twice a day. Then two years in Thailand, earning a place in local coaching teams — not as a tourist, as a practitioner.

I haven't lined up hundreds of fights. My body had its own war to fight first. Today, my strength lies in coaching pedagogy and an absolute respect for tradition. In Laos as in Thailand, I always work alongside a local Head Coach.

I am a bridge between you and the masters of this discipline. No ego. No shortcuts. Just the real thing.

Conditioning

Without gas in the tank, there is no boxing — it's just math. We adapt to your level, your pace, your goals. We build your engine first, then we use it.


Training

Your Questions

Everything you need to know before showing up.

I train everyone from age 6 with no upper limit. No level required — complete beginners are welcome. Whether you've never thrown a punch or you've been training for years, I adapt to where you are.
A pair of shorts or training pants and a t-shirt. For women, yoga pants work perfectly. Bring a towel and a water bottle and you're ready. No special gear needed — equipment is provided at the gym.
Yes — just tell me beforehand. I always adapt. An old nose fracture from rugby? I won't be throwing jabs at your face. A recent muscle strain or ankle sprain? We can work on recovery, mobility, or simply talk through your options. The more I know, the better I can work around it.
Sessions follow the same structure as any real Thai gym — just adapted to you. Warm-up (10–15 min, you can do this before arriving to save time), conditioning (10–15 min), technique (10–20 min depending on your level), padwork (10–15 min), sparring (10–15 min), then stretching. If you're motivated and we're locked in on a technique, I won't cut it short just because the clock hit 60 minutes.

You learn to walk before you run. Boxing starts from the feet — distance, balance, angles. Master the ground, and everything above becomes sharper.

Practical answers before you commit.

Contact me via WhatsApp to arrange your session. Payment is made on the spot — cash preferred. Remote payment by QR code or bank transfer is also possible if needed. No complicated process.
For a single session, you pay when you arrive or at the end. For a pack (5h, 10h, Full Week), payment is made when you book the pack. You can start with a 1-hour session at $15 and upgrade to a pack afterwards — we adjust the price accordingly.
Unused hours are not refunded if you leave early by choice. The only exception is if you get injured during a session with me — a cut, a sprain from a pad, anything that happens inside the gym under my watch. In that case, I refund. If you get injured outside the gym (running, other activities), that's outside my responsibility.
