Frequently Asked Questions

The standard glove weight used in competitions in Thailand and Laos is 10 oz. The higher the oz, the heavier and bulkier the gloves. The choice is yours depending on your training. For sparring, 14 to 16 oz is the common standard. Personally, I never train above 12 oz.

If the error comes from our side, the product will be replaced or refunded, your choice. If the mistake is on your end and the item does not fit, do not remove the tag and do not use the product. If it is returned in its original condition, an exchange is possible. Refunds are not available in this case.

A 20% deposit is required at the time of ordering. The remaining balance is due upon in-person delivery. If you are not available to receive the product, the deposit is non-refundable. For online orders, full payment is required at the time of purchase.

I am not an official Fairtex reseller. That said, all products are ordered directly from the official Fairtex store or an authorized Fairtex retailer. I can provide a copy of the invoice upon request if you have any doubts about the authenticity of your purchase.
