We train at Naga Gym in Pakse. The price of training includes access to the gym.
No. Training is open to all levels, from complete beginners to professional fighters, regardless of age or experience.
No special equipment is required. A short, a t-shirt, and a towel are enough. Gloves are provided, and handwraps can also be supplied in some cases.
Yes. Color and size can be selected depending on availability. All details are confirmed with photos before validation.
Accommodation is not included by default. However, housing, scooter rental, and full packages can be arranged on a case-by-case basis if needed.

Private Classes

Booking is handled directly. You contact us, confirm availability, and the session is validated manually. Final details (time, location, setup) are confirmed before training.
Training times are fully flexible and can be adapted based on availability and coordination.
Sessions include warm-up, mobility, balance and flexibility work, followed by technical fundamentals. A large portion is dedicated to pad work, with optional controlled sparring depending on the session.
Both exist. Group classes follow fixed schedules, while private sessions are fully personalized and remain the main format.
Group classes are structured based on the level of participants. Training includes technical drills, partner work, pad work, sparring, and interactive exercises. Students who stand out may receive more individual attention.
Yes. A weekly unlimited pass includes gym access and private training sessions, scheduled via WhatsApp and fully flexible.
It includes up to 4 hours of private training per day, unlimited gym access, flexible scheduling, and equipment depending on the package.
Yes. Group bookings are available for up to 4 people. In some cases, depending on level and experience, groups can go up to 6.

Fighting

Yes. Sparring can be included depending on level and comfort, always in a controlled environment. Training can also be adapted for fight preparation if needed.
In Thailand and Laos, you are coached by an experienced Thai coach who handles training structure, fight preparation, opponent selection, and communication with fight promotions. For fights, the cornerman can be other fighters you train or travel with, or someone from your personal circle if needed.
Fights are real and competitive. There are no guaranteed outcomes and no opponent is instructed to lose. The level depends on the event and location, and fights remain unpredictable.
Yes. It is possible to fight in Laos, and it can be combined with the overall Thailand-based experience.
Fights in Laos are official under the Laotian boxing federation. They are generally not paid, except in rare cases involving experienced fighters or specific fight cards.
